Relaxations for Sleep


The Yoga 2 Hear Relaxations for Sleep includes two different 28 minute guided audio relaxation sessions. These relaxation sessions have been devised to help clear the mind and induce a state of deep physical and emotional relaxation. Through relaxation the audio sessions encourage you to drift into sleep and wake feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.

Both of the Relaxations for Sleep sessions have been devised to be followed whilst you are lying comfortably in bed. When following these relaxation sessions it is a good idea to make relaxation your goal, from a state of deep relaxation sleep becomes more achievable. Work to achieve relaxation and sleep will follow.

These audio relaxation sessions are easy to follow. They introduce different rhythmic yoga breathing exercises, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques that are combined with soft, soothing background music. During each session the music gradually fades away as you experience deep relaxation and drift off to sleep.
