More Relaxations for Sleep includes two new 30 minute guided audio relaxation sessions created to deeply relax the body and mind at the end of the day. The sessions offer alternative relaxations to the ones included in Relaxations for Sleep. Follow these guided relaxations whilst you are lying comfortably in your bed. They have been devised specifically to help clear the mind, relax the body and through a deeply relaxed state lead you gently into sleep.

The More Relaxations for Sleep are easy to follow and clearly instructed, the techniques taught and included in the sessions can be drawn on night after night to help you reach a state of sleep through relaxation. They are ideal to follow if you wake during the night and struggle to fall back to sleep. The sessions guide you through different breathing, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques that are combined with subtle background music. As you drift into a state of deep relaxation the background music gradually fades away, sending you into the perfect night's sleep.
