Yoga 2 Hear began in 2005 with just six audio yoga classes, they now offer an extensive range of over 100 different yoga, meditation and relaxation classes. Yoga 2 Hear pride themselves on making yoga accessible through achievable authentic classes. This ethos lead to the creation and launch of the Yoga 2 Hear Diploma in Teaching Yoga providing a globally recognised qualification accredited by the Yoga Alliance and the World Yoga Alliance. Yoga 2 Hear have a growing range of teacher training courses including Meditation Teacher training and a broad selection of continuing education (CPD or YACEP) for existing Yoga Teachers.

Yoga 2 Hear continue to create audio yoga classes to meet different needs and requirements. Classes are available for the absolute beginner right through to more experienced students, classes include different styles such as vinyasa, yin and restorative plus a vast array of meditation and relaxation sessions too. Yoga 2 Hear have been assessed by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) and are approved by them as a CIMSPA Training Provider and Education Partner.

Sue Finch nee Fuller BA Hons, ERTY (experienced registered teacher of yoga, RYT500 and Yoga Elder is the creator and voice behind the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes and teacher training courses. Sue has been teaching yoga since 1995. She has literally taught thousands of classes, whilst studying and researching yoga continuously. Her knowledge is often drawn upon to provide articles for many different publications, including, Natural Health, The Yoga Magazine, Om, Woman’s Weekly and many others. Sue spent a long time developing a teaching technique that could be easily followed via audio.
