More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss includes stronger, more advanced yoga postures than the first class in the series. The sessions allow exposure to a broader range of highly effective postures that could help those with some previous experience of yoga to lose weight, improve muscle tone and body shape and resist the temptation to eat between meals.
Both of the More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss sessions can be used together to provide a 60 minute class, or if time is short , just the second session can be used to provide a 30 minute class.
Session 1 contains a new selection of highly effective held postures whilst session 2 links these postures together to form a flowing yoga vinyasa sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.
The carefully selected postures used in More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body. The postures also strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups of the body, reduce stress and tension whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels could help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.
