The Yoga 2 Hear More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss is a 60 minute audio yoga class made up of two thirty minute yoga classes. The class can be used in two ways both sessions can be followed to create one 60 minute class or just the second session can be followed to provide a shorter 30 minute yoga class.
More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss provides a natural progression to the first class in the series 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss, it includes stronger, more advanced yoga postures providing exposure to a broader range of yoga postures. All the postures included in this class have been carefully selected to help those with some previous experience of yoga lose weight, improve muscle tone and body shape and resist the temptation to snack between meals.
Session 1 contains a selection of held postures whilst session 2 links these postures together to form a flowing yoga vinyasa sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.
