2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss consists of two yoga sessions devised to help those with some previous experience of yoga lose weight, improve muscle tone and body shape and resist the temptation to snack.
As the name suggests, the classes can be used in 2 ways, together to provide a 50 minute class, or if time is short, just the second session can be followed to provide a 30 minute class.
Session 1 contains a number of highly effective held postures whilst session 2 links these postures together to form a flowing yoga vinyasa sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.
The carefully selected postures used in 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body. The postures will help to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups of the body, reduce stress and tension whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels could help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.
