Vinyasa Flow by Tim Maples is a 75 minute flowing vinyasa audio yoga class. This yoga class focusses on alignment, breath and continuous movement.

This audio yoga class is suitable for those who have followed the Fundamentals of Flow and the Flow Alignment yoga classes, it is also suitable for intermediate or advanced level practitioners looking to refresh their practice. Throughout the class the Ujjayi breath is used to link a wide range of challenging and effective yoga postures. The class concludes with a guided relaxation that has a deeply calming effect on both the physical and energetic bodies.
