Flow Alignment by Tim Maples is a 60 minute flowing vinyasa yoga class. This yoga class focusses on correct alignment, which encourages more effective movement and a greater flow of prana throughout the body.
The class is suitable for beginners who have used the Fundamentals of Flow class and those with experience who are looking to refresh their vinyasa practice. Throughout the class the Ujjayi breath is used to link a wide range of effective yoga postures. The class concludes with a deeply calming body-scan relaxation set to a soothing background music soundscape.
