This audio yoga classes includes a different selection of postures to Vol. 1. The yoga session starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the practise. It then continues with 18 yoga postures including The Plank, Sun Warrior and Mountain. The class then finishes with a longer guided relaxation to deeply relax both body and mind.
