The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga Relaxations contains three separate 25 minute guided audio relaxation sessions. These relaxations have been devised to clear the mind, banish stress and induce a state of total physical and emotional relaxation and deep inner stillness. These relaxations are suitable for those with or without previous yoga experience. 

The Yoga Relaxation sessions use simple and effective yoga breathing, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques that are to be followed whilst lying down. The clear easy-to-follow instructions are carefully combined with subtle background music tracks to set a deeply relaxed mood and pace.

For those that like a visual reference the Yoga Relaxations are accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and provides helpful hints and tips on how to get the maximum benefit from each session.
