Seated Relaxations

The Yoga 2 Hear Seated Relaxations contains two different guided audio relaxation sessions. These seated relaxations will deeply relax both body and mind. They have been devised to be followed whilst sitting in a comfortable chair.

The sessions use simple breathing and relaxation techniques to help clear and focus the mind and balance stress levels. Doing so brings a state of clarity and a sense of physical well-being. The seated relaxation sessions can be followed as often as required and rotated to provide variety. Once you are familiar with the practices you can integrate them into your life as and when they are required.

Learning to relax is a useful life skill for everyone, the techniques included in these relaxations can be drawn on at anytime. They will develop your ability to calm and still your mind, relax deeply and recharge physically and mentally.

Both relaxation sessions are easy to follow and combined with subtle background music which creates a mood perfect for total relaxation. The first session runs for 20 minutes and the second runs for 25 minutes. 

Do not follow these audio relaxations whilst driving.
