The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for Compassion is an easy to follow 30 minute audio yoga class, it combines a series of gentle yoga postures with simple elements of the Metta Bhavana meditation on loving kindness.

This audio yoga class moves the body gently and mindfully. Compassion starts on the yoga mat by the very way that the body is moved. The class is nurturing and kind, naturally combining the practice of yoga with Metta (loving kindness) Bhavana (cultivate or grow). Through the practice of Metta Bhavana it is possible to extend levels of kindness to all beings. These two practices work so well together.

The Yoga for Compassion audio yoga class provides an opportunity to develop and extend compassion in all directions. By doing this we create positivity in our own lives and the lives of others that we interact with regularly. It helps increase the quality of kindness towards ourselves and all beings. Compassion is sincere, genuine and selfless, it is the sacred element that flows through the heart chakra.
