Yoga for Compassion is an easy to follow 30 minute session that combines a series of gentle yoga postures with simple elements of the Metta Bhavana meditation on loving kindness.
The Yoga for Compassion session has been created to provide an opportunity to develop and extend compassion towards ourselves and others. By doing this we can create positivity in our own lives and the lives of others that we interact with regularly. It helps increase the quality of kindness towards ourselves and all beings. Compassion is sincere, genuine and selfless, it is the sacred element that flows through the heart chakra.
