Yoga for Balance

The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for Balance is a 75 minute audio yoga class. This audio yoga class contains carefully selected asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and mudras (gestures) that work together to balance the entire being.

Yoga for Balance is suitable for those with previous yoga experience and those who are familiar with basic yoga postures and techniques. All the techniques and practices included have been selected specifically to encourage physical and emotional balance, whilst increasing strength and agility evenly throughout the body.

Throughout the class you will be encouraged to internalise your focus and bring awareness to any blockages or areas of tension stored within the body. Practicing yoga in such a way will help to remove any imbalances, encourage energy to flow freely around your body and could improve overall health and vitality. This class will also test your balance by moving slowly and mindfully between balancing postures and standing postures.
