The Yoga 2 Hear Mindfulness for the Absolute Beginner includes two different 20 minute guided audio meditation sessions. These meditations are suitable for those that have never meditated before and are complete beginners to the practice of both mindfulness and meditation. The sessions are also for all those wishing to discover and develop mindfulness, whilst enjoying the many benefits that it brings. The first session is followed whilst lying down and the second whilst seated.

Mindfulness is easy to learn and can be practiced anywhere. Mindfulness involves paying complete attention to what you are doing at any moment in time without passing judgment. It's something we are all capable of doing. With just a little practise, it is possible to develop the ability to not be distracted by your thoughts and maintain 100% focus on what you are doing. Doing so helps clear a restless mind and deepens our involvement and ability to concentrate, this benefits all those that we come in contact with and deepens personal joy and fulfilment from the activities and actions that we perform.
