Eye Yoga contains two different 25 minute classes that are suitable for those with and without any previous experience of yoga. The classes are made up of simple and effective yogic eye exercises combined with gentle rhythmic breathing techniques which are followed whilst sitting.
The Eye Yoga classes use clear, easy to follow expert tuition to guide you through simple exercises such as Nose Tip Gazing and Flutter Blinking. The soft verbal instructions are combined with soothing background music that sets a perfect pace for the rhythmic breathing techniques and an ideal mood for soothing exercise and relaxation.
Eye Yoga is accompanied by a PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and provides reference photos for the included techniques.
