Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 1 is a 60 minute instructional yoga class devised specifically for Boarders and Skiers with little or no previous yoga experience. The class instructs simple postures that will improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 1 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to prepare you for your time on the mountain and it is also ideal to use at the end of a day on the snow to stretch and relax your body.
The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 18 simple and effective postures that follow. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions which are combined with a subtle atmospheric background music track. The class then ends with a short relaxation session that will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned.
