The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for the Surf Vol. 1 is a 60 minute audio yoga class. This audio yoga class is suitable for those with little or no previous yoga experience. It has been devised specifically for Surfers, Kite Surfers, Wind Surfers, Wake Boarders, Water Skiers and all those that enjoy spending time on the waves.
Yoga for the Surf Vol. 1 includes a selection of fundamental postures selected to improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your ability on the water and will speed up recovery between session and could help to minimise the risk of injury.
The class begins with a short relaxation to help clear and focus mind and prepare the body for the 18 simple and effective postures that follow. The finishes with a short guided relaxation session that will leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised and ready for your time on the waves. The easy to follow instructions are combined with a subtle atmospheric background music track.
