Yoga Flow for the Complete Beginner


Yoga Flow for the Complete Beginner is a 35 minute guided yoga session. The class introduces the concept of Yoga Flow to those that are new to yoga.

The movements and postures in this session are kind and gentle on the body, each movement is assisted by the slow smooth steady flow of breath. Practicing yoga in this way gently releases tension from the body whilst enhancing the natural range of movement.

Yoga when practiced mindfully brings so many benefits, it is important that you build a foundation in the practice as doing so will allow you to enjoy all of benefits that yoga brings safely.
