Beginners Daily Yoga consists of five different 15 minute gentle yoga sessions devised to be used one a day in rotation. These sessions are ideal for those who have little or no previous yoga experience.
They allow you to practice yoga daily so that you can experience many of the benefits a regular yoga practice provides without taking up too much time.
Beginners Daily Yoga is made up of five different practical 15 minute sessions that contain simple and effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.
Four of the sessions feature various held postures whilst the fifth session links the postures together to form a flowing sequence known as a yoga vinyasa. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section.
The Beginners Daily Yoga sessions are accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured.
