The Yoga 2 Hear Improvers Yoga Vol. 3 is a 65 minute audio yoga class that has been devised for all those wishing to move on from a beginner level practice. The class continues the Yoga 2 Hear Improvers Yoga series by advancing some of the yoga postures and techniques featured in the Vol. 1 & 2 classes. This audio yoga class introduces new stronger postures suitable for those ready to increase ability and deepen their practice.

The yoga class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the practise. Improvers yoga vol. 3 includes 24 postures including The Bow and the Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank. The class finishes with a longer guided relaxation to deeply relax both body and mind. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instruction combined with a relaxing background music track which sets the perfect mood and pace for the yoga practise.
