Chakra Meditations


Chakra Meditations contains two different guided meditation sessions, devised especially to help you achieve and maintain optimum levels of health and wellbeing. These meditation sessions will help to cleanse and balance the seven major chakras positioned between the base of the spine and the crown of the head. 

The two easy-to-follow Yoga 2 Hear Chakra Mediations sessions will cleanse and balance the Chakras, by removing blockages that obstruct the flow of prana (vital life force) from the Chakras and also your body. Free flowing prana brings many benefits including increased well-being and emotional health and stability. 

The first Chakra Meditation session is a 20 minute meditation that can be followed whilst sitting or lying. The second session is 30 minute meditation and is to be followed whilst sitting. Both sessions use clear and easy to follow instruction to lead you through simple and beneficial meditation techniques.

All Yoga 2 Hear guided yoga, meditation and relaxation sessions are devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller.
