Cardio Yoga Vol. 2


The Yoga 2 Hear Cardio Yoga Vol. 2 is a 70 minute audio yoga class suitable for those with previous yoga experience. This class brings together all the benefits of a yoga practice and a cardio workout. The postures and techniques included are linked together to create flowing sequences known as vinyasas, which will help to strengthen the heart and lungs, tone all the major muscle groups, improve flexibility, increase energy levels whilst relaxing the body and clearing and focussing the mind.

This audio yoga class begins with a gentle vinyasa to warm the body and prepare the mind. It then continues with 3 further vinyasas that build in pace and intensity. The vinyasas contain postures such as Plank with variations, Triangle, Revolving Triangle, Equestrian Pose and Supported Pigeon. After the final vinyasa the class features a number of strong held postures and a series of deep stretch postures before it closes with a guided relaxation.
