The Yoga 2 Hear Beginners AM-PM Yoga contains two easy-to-follow 30 minute sessions suitable for the absolute beginner. The AM session is to be followed in the morning to raise energy levels and kick start your day and the PM session is to be followed at the end of the day to deeply relax body and mind.
The AM session includes a gentle Yoga Vinyasa sequence containing postures such as child, downward facing dog and Warrior 1 and 2. These postures when followed in a vinyasa style practice will enhance the flow of energy throughout the body.
The PM session includes nurturing floor based held postures such as a spinal twist, lower back release and leg stretches. The practice concludes with a thorough relaxation to calm and restore whilst deeply relaxing and soothing body and mind.
