The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga on a Chair includes two different 32 minute audio yoga classes. These audio yoga classes are suitable for the complete beginner, they are kind and gentle on the body whilst gently relieving physical and emotional stress and tension.
All yoga postures and techniques included have been carefully adapted to be performed whilst seated on a chair, they are ideal for those with restricted movement and those recovering from illness or injury. Each Yoga on a Chair class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. They then continue with a number of different adapted gentle postures and movements before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
