The Yoga 2 Hear Strong AM-PM Yoga contains two easy-to-follow 35 minute audio yoga classes. The classes are suitable for those who are familiar with fundamental yoga postures and techniques. The AM session is invigorating and has been devised to be followed first thing in the morning and the PM session is restorative and nurturing and to be followed in the evening to deeply relax and calm body and mind at the end of the day.

The AM session contains a flowing vinyasa sequence including energizing postures to increase vitality and kick start your day. The PM session contains held floor based postures to gently unwind and relax both body and mind. Both audio yoga classes are clearly instructed and easy to follow. They are combined with subtle background music to create the perfect mood and pace for your yoga classes.

These yoga sessions are suitable for those who have experience in practicing yoga or those that wish to progress from the Yoga 2 Hear improver level practice.
