The Yoga 2 Hear Prenatal Relaxation contains two different 20 minute guided audio relaxation sessions. These guided relaxation sessions are suitable for use during pregnancy and the first stage of labour. Both sessions include a selection of yoga breathing exercises (pranayamas) combined with simple and effective visualisation and relaxation techniques, to deeply relax body and mind and encourage mum-to-be to connect with her growing baby.
The first guided relaxation has been devised to be followed whilst seated and the second is to be followed whilst lying down. The sessions will deeply relax body and mind and help to naturally relieve many of the common ailments experienced during pregnancy such as nausea, fatigue and disrupted sleep. In addition the sessions encourage the mum-to-be to focus on her growing baby, it is this focus that helps to create and develop a magical bond.
The Prenatal Relaxation sessions are easy-to-follow and combined with soothing background music tracks that set the pace and tone for deep relaxation.
