Mindfulness - Overcoming the Obstacles includes four different 15 minute guided audio meditation sessions. The sessions are easy-to-follow and have been devised specifically to help all meditators overcome some of the common obstacles that present themselves during mindfulness such as restlessness and anxiety, a mind that won’t focus, sleepiness and distraction. These meditation sessions can be followed as often as required.

Experiencing difficulty during meditation is not unique or unusual. All meditators encounter challenges and difficulties during their practice, this is very common. Many people will struggle in meditation at some time with restlessness and anxiety, a mind that won’t focus leaping from thought to thought or constantly replaying an event or conversation, with sleepiness, becoming bored or distracted.  Many of the obstacles can be different from day to day, meditation to meditation, one thing to be sure of is that at times the mind will struggle to be still during a meditation session for a variety of reasons.

Mindfulness - Overcoming the Obstacles is suitable for all levels especially those wishing to overcome different obstacles and deepen their practice and skills.
