Meditating on the Koshas includes two different guided meditation sessions devised especially to explore the five koshas or five layers of existence.

The five koshas protect the true self. Each kosha is responsible for different actions, functions, behaviours and personality traits. The koshas formed an important part of early yoga practices and yogic philosophy. Exploring them through meditation will encourage a deep connection with the true self and bring new levels of awareness to your yoga practice.
