The Yoga 2 Hear Inflight Yoga is an easy to follow 20 minute audio yoga class and a must have for anyone traveling by plane. The session includes a selection of discreet exercises and techniques to help safely stretch and mobilise the body whilst on board.

The inflight audio yoga class is to be followed whilst in your seat and includes simple yoga techniques that increase circulation and gently stretch the body, making sure that you arrive at your destination feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged.
