Improvers Daily Yoga Download


Improvers Daily Yoga consists of five different 15 minute yoga sessions devised to be used one a day in rotation. These sessions include a wide variety of postures and techniques ideal for those with some yoga experience. The class has been devised to help you develop and commit to a daily yoga practice. These classes bring many of the benefits a regular practice offers without taking up too much time.

These five different 15 minute yoga sessions use a wide variety of techniques including held postures, mudras and a Sivananda style sun salutation. In each session the postures are clearly instructed and combined with a different atmospheric background music track. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section.

The Improvers Daily Yoga sessions are accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture and technique featured.
