Easy Everyday Meditations contains five different 15 minute guided meditation sessions suitable for all levels of meditators including beginners. The sessions focus on Awareness, Relaxation, Calming the Mind, Positivity and Loving Kindness. These sessions have been devised to fit into the busiest of days.

The Easy Everyday Meditations have been devised to be followed whilst in any comfortable seated position. Each session is clearly instructed and provides a practical way for you to experience the many benefits of meditation and make meditation part of your daily routine.
