This is a LIVE class available on Zoom.

Join Sue in the comfort of your own home to flow through a series of dynamic yoga postures, to release tension, improve strength and agility and increase vitality.

When you purchase this class you may join the session live at 07:00 am, if you cannot make this time, or find you become unexpectedly interrupted you will have 24 hrs to follow the session in your own time. 

This class is suitable for those who are familiar with basic yoga postures. The class works with the breath to transition between the postures and movements. 

After purchasing this session you will receive a link within your confirmation email, click on the link as it contains your ID for the Zoom session and a password.

Remember you have 24 hrs after the session has finished. 

Shortly after the session has finished you will be sent an email that contains a link to the session so that you can follow the class in your own time.

During this Zoom session you will only see Sue on your screen. This is to protect your privacy and to allow you to focus fully on the practice, the instructions will be as easy to follow as a Yoga 2 Hear audio session and the image on the screen will provide a visual reference should you require one.

During the classes your video and microphone will be deactivated please email Sue if you have a question about your practice.

I will not be including inversions or any postures that require a teacher for spotting.
