The Yoga 2 Hear Core Yoga guided audio yoga class is an easy-to-follow 60 minute class devised to strengthen and bring awareness to the muscles that make up the greater core. The class has been devised for those with previous experience of yoga.

The greater core muscles respond well to slow controlled movements making the Yoga 2 Hear Core Yoga Class the perfect way to strengthen them. A strong core enhances movement, alignment, stability and balance. It also provides protection and support for the body including the spine, pelvis and all the organs contained within the torso. The greater core area includes the inner and outer muscles of the torso, lumbar spine, pelvis, gluteal muscles and hamstrings.
