The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for the Surf Vol. 2 is a 65 minute guided audio yoga class. This audio yoga class is suitable for all those that have practiced yoga before or who wish to progress from Yoga for the Surf Vol.1. It has been devised specifically for Surfers, Kite Surfers, Wind Surfers, Wake Boarders, Knee Boarders and Water Skiers, to enhance performance and recovery time.
Yoga for the Surf Vol.2 includes stronger postures than Yoga for the Surf Vol.1. All of the postures included in this audio yoga class will help to improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your performance on the water and could also reduce the risk of injury.
This yoga class starts with a short guided relaxation practice to help focus the mind and prepare the body for the 19 yoga postures that follow, the class then ends with another guided relaxation practice to leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned.
