Yoga for the Surf Vol. 2 is a 65 minute yoga class devised specifically for Surfers, Kitesurfers, Windsurfers, Wakeboarders, Kneeboarders and Waterskiers with previous yoga experience or those who have followed Yoga for the Surf Vol.1 class.
This class naturally progresses from Vol. 1 it includes stronger postures that will improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your performance on the water and will also reduce the risk of injury.
Yoga for the Surf Vol. 2 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to improve your performance on the water and it is also ideal to use after a session to stretch and relax your body.
The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 19 yoga postures that follow, the class then ends with a short relaxation session that will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned.
The class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture featured.
