The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 2 is a 65 minute guided audio yoga class. This audio yoga class has been devised specifically for Boarders and Skiers with previous yoga experience or those who have followed Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 1.
Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.2 naturally progresses from the first class in the series, it includes stronger postures to improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and focus.
