Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 2 is a 65 minute yoga class devised specifically for Boarders and Skiers with previous yoga experience or those who have followed Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 1 class.
This class naturally progresses from the first class in the series and instructs stronger postures that will improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your skiing or boarding and will also reduce the risk of injury.
Yoga for Snow Sports Vol. 2 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to prepare you for your time on the mountain and it is also ideal to use at the end of a day on the snow to stretch and relax your body.
The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 19 yoga postures that follow. When followed regularly this class could help speed up your recovery time, reduce the risk of injury and enhance your time on the slopes.
