The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga for the Complete Beginner is a 46 minute guided audio yoga class. This audio yoga class has been devised with the absolute beginner in mind, it is suitable for all those that have never practiced yoga before.
All the movements and postures in this audio yoga class are kind and gentle on the body. You do not need to be flexible to follow this session. Each movement focusses on correct alignment and has been selected to gently release stress and tension. The class will allow you to develop a safe and effective foundation in the practice of yoga that you can then build on.
If you are new to yoga practise this yoga class regularly. It may take a little time before you feel comfortable with the concept of moving slowly whilst maintaining awareness on both breath and alignment, however doing so allows you to naturally and safely progress your yoga practice. Yoga, when practiced this way (mindfully) brings so many benefits.
