The Yoga 2 Hear Beginners Yoga Vol. 1 is an easy to follow 60 minute audio yoga class. It has been devised specifically for the absolute beginner to provide a foundation in yoga. Beginners Yoga Vol. 1 begins with a short guided relaxation to help focus the mind and prepare the body for the session.
