The Yoga 2 Hear Beginners Daily Yoga contains five different 15 minute audio yoga classes for the complete beginner. These yoga sessions have been devised to be followed one a day in rotation. They are suitable for all those who have little or no previous yoga experience.

The Beginners Daily Yoga classes encourage regular practice. They have been devised to fit in and around your day making it possible to develop and maintain a daily yoga practice. 

Beginners Daily Yoga is made up of five different practical 15 minute sessions, each one contains simple and effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.

Four of the sessions feature a different selection of held yoga postures whilst the fifth session links the postures together to form a flowing sequence known as a yoga vinyasa. All of the sessions finish with a relaxation to help relax and soothe both body and mind..
