Pranayamas & Mudras Vol. 2 is a 45 minute class suitable for those with all levels of yoga experience* The class combines a different selection of techniques to the Vol. 1 class, these include the Alternate Nostril Breathing and Brahmari breathing techniques (pranayamas) and the Yoga and Hridiaya gestures (mudras).
Pranayamas and Mudras are a fundamental element of yoga. Through history they have never been over looked, by taking the time to integrate these techniques into your yoga practice you are keeping the essence of yoga alive and allowing yourself to experience a different aspect of yoga and a different set of benefits physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Pranayamas & Mudras Vol. 2 is accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides reference photos and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.
