Everyday Relaxations contains 7 different easy to follow guided relaxation sessions. The sessions have been devised to fit into even the busiest of days.  Each guided relaxation session teaches simple techniques that are beneficial to everyone even those that are new to relaxation. 

Relaxation brings so many benefits, sometimes finding the time to practise can be a challenge. These sessions are between 12 & 14 minutes long, making it easy to find the time to relax regularly. Each session will guide you mindfully through different techniques designed to deeply relax both body and mind whilst encouraging you to engage in a daily relaxation practise.

Follow one guided audio session a day in any order, doing so will bring the numerous benefits of regular relaxation into your life. These sessions are not to be followed whilst driving.
