Core Yoga is an easy-to-follow 60 minute audio yoga class devised to strengthen and bring awareness to the muscles that make up the greater core area including the inner and outer muscles of the torso, lumbar spine, pelvis, gluteal muscles and hamstrings.
Our greater core muscles respond well to slow controlled movements so the Yoga 2 Hear Core yoga class is the perfect way to strengthen them. By strengthening the greater core muscles we are able to move with greater efficiency, increase stability and improve posture which brings many benefits.
The class has been devised for those with previous experience of yoga and features clear, easy-to-follow instruction combined with subtle background music.
The class is accompanied by a free Core Yoga guide booklet which highlights the audio instruction, provides reference photos for each posture and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.
