Yin Yoga Class 1 is a 60 minute session suitable for all levels of ability and experience. The class uses a selection of simple and effective floor based held postures that provide a calming, nurturing and meditative practice.
The class uses easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with subtle background music which sets the perfect relaxed mood for the class.
The class is accompanied by a free PDF guide book that highlights the instructions and gives a reference photo for each posture.
