A one day Yoga Retreat with Sue Fuller

What’s it all about? 

This Yoga day retreat is suitable for all levels.  It includes two yoga sessions, a welcome chat and a Q & A session with leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller. The first yoga session will explore the art of Vinyasa (flowing yoga sequences), moving in such a way synchronizes breath and movement, increases strength and flexibility and brings grace to the body and harmony to the mind. 

The second session is a floor based yin style practice featuring a selection of held postures to help remove deep set tension from within the body, whilst promoting deep physical and mental relaxation. The sessions included within this yoga retreat will bring balance to both body and mind through two very different styles of yoga practice. 

This yoga retreat is led by yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes, a columnist for the Yoga Magazine and Natural Health and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 1995.  

This retreat is set in a beautiful setting and will provide you with the opportunity to work on your individual practice whilst being in a friendly group; Sue will be available throughout the day for questions.

Yoga has been practiced for over 3000 years it is an incredible tool; that anyone can benefit from. Yoga teaches skills and techniques that can be drawn on and incorporated into everyday life. Yoga can enhance every aspect of our entire being. Techniques can be performed in various positions and being flexible is not a requirement for joining a yoga class. 

Yoga has the ability to subtly remove old habits and allows new ones to form without practitioners really trying. Yoga also relieves stress and tension, enhances sleep, increases flexibility, improves posture and helps relieve many minor ailments and aches and pains. 

What’s included? 

9.30am                  Welcome Introduction & refreshments.

10:30 to 12:00       Practical Vinyasa Flow Yoga Session.

12:30                      Nutritious buffet lunch

14:00 to 16:00       Practical Yin Yoga Session

16:00 to 16:30       Herbal teas, tea and coffee to finish
