The Yoga 2 Hear Meditation Teacher Training course has been devised for you to complete in your own time. The training provides personalised, in-depth, easy to follow tuition that progresses naturally through five modules. This course delivers all the necessary knowledge and skills to teach and format safe and achievable meditation classes, courses and workshops. From start to finish this course encourages you to explore all aspects of meditation from many different angles. Exploration deepens your understanding, enabling you to teach from a place of experience, knowledge and truth. 

How the Learning Takes Place

The course is taught over five modules. Each module contains a textbook, audio practical sessions and an assessment. You will receive unlimited support and guidance during your training and beyond. All course content is yours to keep so that you can refer to it as often as required.

Assessments

The first 4 modules are accompanied by minor end of module assessments. There is a further final assessment which is to be submitted after completion of module 5. To complete the training, you will then format and teach a meditation class to Yoga 2 Hear founder Sue Fuller or another member of the Yoga 2 Hear team via Zoom or another video call service. Continuous assessment allows Yoga 2 Hear to track your progress and make sure that each module is understood before you move onto the next one.

Sue and other members of the Yoga 2 Hear team are available to provide whatever support you need during your training with Yoga 2 Hear.
