Daily Core Yoga consists of five different 15 minute guided yoga sessions, suitable for those with or without previous yoga experience.
Each session contains a different selection of yoga postures and techniques that will develop and maintain core strength. A strong core provides protection for the body, it improves alignment and enhances movement.
The core muscles respond well to slow controlled movements, so these sessions are the perfect way to increase core strength and stability.
The Daily Core Yoga sessions are accompanied by a free PDF guide book that provides background information and reference photos for each posture used in the session.
