Excellent

I have trouble falling asleep sometimes and these exercises helped me so much. They helped quiet my mind and calm my body, and were so simple to follow. Her voice is very soothing and they are not long, so it's easy to incorporate them into your day. After doing these I noticed a significant difference in the amount of time it took me to fall asleep and the quality of my sleep. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to relax or sleep better.
