Introduction to Core Yoga is an easy-to- follow 25 minute class using simple and effective yoga postures to strengthen the deep muscles of the lumbar spine, pelvis and abdominal areas.
Our core muscles respond very well to slow controlled movements so this class is the perfect way to strengthen them. By strengthening the core muscles we are able to move with greater efficiency, increase stability and improve posture all of which bring many benefits.
The class has been devised for those with little or no previous experience of yoga and uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with subtle background music.
The Introduction to Core Yoga class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture and technique featured.
