The Yoga 2 Hear Yoga Flow for the Complete Beginner is a 35 minute guided audio yoga class. This class is for the absolute beginner, it is for all those that have never practiced yoga before. It provides a foundation and introduces gently the concept of Yoga Flow also known as Vinyasa Yoga. This class is kind and nurturing on the body it moves slowly and encourages mindfulness and awareness as the body is moved carefully with the natural flow of the breath.

This audio yoga class only includes movements and postures that are kind and gentle on the body, each movement is included to create a foundation in the practice. The movements are assisted by the slow smooth steady flow of breath. Practicing yoga in this way gently releases tension from the body whilst enhancing the natural range of movement.
