Everyday Relaxations contains 7 different easy to follow short guided relaxation sessions.
Relaxation brings so many benefits and sometimes finding the time to practise can be a challenge. These sessions have been devised to fit into the busiest of days, each being between 12 & 14 minutes long. Each session will guide you mindfully through different techniques to deeply relax both body and mind.
The sessions can be followed one a day, in any order to bring the numerous benefits of regular relaxation into your life. These sessions are not to be used whilst driving.
