2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss is for those with some previous experience of yoga. The audio session includes two yoga classes each one devised to help tone and shape the body. The classes can be used in 2 ways, practice them both together to provide a 50 minute class, or if time is short, follow just the second session to provide a 30 minute class.
The first session contains a number of highly effective held postures whilst the second session links these postures together to form a flowing yoga sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.
The carefully selected postures used in these yoga classes will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body, helping to keep the digestive system functioning efficiently. The postures included in the yoga classes will help to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups of the body, lower stress levels and reduce tension whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels could help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.
